Jargon Box...Stuff we know about and it's what we do!
Why choose a responsive design?
Up to 60% of the world's browsing is done on a mobile device. That is a staggering volume. Therefore, it's time to change and upgrade and become mobile friendly.

We are experienced designers with a wide range of business knowledge and can take your old site and transform it into something new.

Kind words from real people!
"Sedgefield Web Design has helped a complete IT novice into having a modern looking, easy read website. Already ‘been found’, by potential customers who have commented on how informative it was at a glance. Not only are SWD instantly reactive, but proactive in advising and suggestions for further improvements. Extremely satisfied, would sum up my feelings about the Sedgefield Web Design Team"
"It was a real pleasure working with Sedgefield Web Design, they provided us with a consistently high quality service which was friendly and non-patronising. Not only were we brought into the 21st Century with our responsive web site and new business cards, but the complete rebranding of all the Group companies is both dynamic and relevant."
"SWD has designed and maintains the websites for both Sedgefield Squash Club and the Sedgefield Village Games. The existing squash club website was in need of updating, and so we had a good idea of the content that we wanted. Working to this brief, SWD was able to redesign the layout of the website, make it more suitable for use on smart phones or netbooks, and make it more responsive. Throughout the process we consulted on draft layouts and designs until we were happy to go live with the new website. For the Sedgefield Village Games, as a start up organisation initially to run a series of events around the 2012 Olympics, we did not really know what we wanted our website to look like or even what purpose it would eventually serve. The website proved to be one of the focal points of the Village Games, providing updates, reminders of events and uploading photographs on a daily basis."
